Ingredients:
Chicken breasts - 2 pcs.
Green peppers - 0, 5 pcs.
Curry powder - 3 tsp..
Onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
Salt
Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Water - 210 mL
Preparation:
1. Heat the vegetable oil.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
3. Fry the onions.
4. Peel the garlic.
5. Chop the garlic.
6. Add the garlic to the onions and fry them together until a soft state.
7. Pour the curry powder in a separate bowl.
8. Add the curry tomato paste and mix into a homogeneous mass.
9. Fry resulting mass within 2 minutes.
10. Cut the chicken into cubes of 2.5 cm and add to frying.
11. Fry the chicken until golden brown.
12. Pour the chicken with water, salt, cover and, stirring occasionally, cook for 20-25 minutes.
13. Cut the pepper into cubes and add to the dish. Cook for another 5 minutes.
As a garnish boil rice.
