Ingredients:
Flour - 4 tbsp. l.
Starch - 4 tbsp. l.
Eggs - 1 pc.
Milk - 300 ml
Water - 250 mL
Chocolate - 50 g
Cocoa - 3 tbsp. l.
Salt, sugar - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
For the cream:
Milk - 0.5 l
Vanilla sugar - 50 g
Corn or potato starch - 40 g
Preparation:
1. All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, add the melted chocolate. Cooking pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side on a non-stick frying pan.
2. 400 ml milk brought to the boil. Separately, mix the sugar and starch, slowly pour 100 ml of cold milk and stir thoroughly until smooth. A thin stream pour in the boiling milk. On low heat bring to a boil a lot of stirring constantly, until the cream thickens.
3. Pancakes oil cream, put at least an hour in a cool place. It turns out very simple and delicious cake.
